About Ondrea

When Ondrea first began practicing yoga it was purely for physical fitness. It soon evolved into a deep growth of the mind and spirit, creating inner peace. Her profound experience inspired her to share this joy and freedom with others. Her quest led her to study with master teachers Max Strom, Saul David Raye and Shiva Rea. She received yoga certifications through Maha Yoga, Sacred Movement, Mini Yogis and YogaWorks and began teaching in 2000.

Ondrea thrives in supporting, guiding and encouraging her students on their yoga journeys. Her steadfast belief is that physical flexibility is not a requirement to practice yoga; all that is needed is a flexible mind. Ondrea aims to help students conquer their inner chaos and step into the healthiest, most fulfilled version of themselves. She advocates that freedom lies in having awareness and becoming the observer of our own thoughts, ultimately gifting us with the power of choice to navigate each day with conscious appreciation.

Ondrea's yoga classes in Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike the space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually. Her children’s classes are no exception. A mother of three, Ondrea believes peace begins in the womb and that yoga can have a powerful impact on children’s lives. Her Little Yogis teaching practice focuses on the whole child, helping students develop physically, mentally and emotionally. For the past several years she has taught yoga and mindfulness to children at schools and through enrichment programs. Every day she sees first hand the positive results yoga has on children as they connect their breath, body and mind...and have fun while doing it.
