Adult Yoga
Gentle Yoga
This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. Gentle Yoga incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility necessary.
Yoga Flow
This class incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures) linking breath with movement, by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion.
Little Yogis
Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids
Is your child feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or panicky?
Yoga can be a powerful tool for easing these and other symptoms of anxiety, stress, and trauma.
In this class our focus is on the breath and our connection to the nervous system, while being physical and having fun. Little Yogis classes teach children how to calm their thoughts and their bodies through the most powerful tool we all have: the breath.
Little Yogis’ goal is to emphasize the habit of calm breathing for mental and emotional soothing. Children learn the value of movement and stillness for enhanced focus, self-discipline and compassion to help others. Through imagination, posture, dance and meditation, each child builds confidence while respecting the group dynamic.
This class helps refine your child's balance and coordination, develop focus and concentration, boost self-esteem and confidence, and strengthen the mind body connection.
